Intakes for the MSHRM programme are available once a year. All applications should be submitted to ERCI no later than 1 month before the commencement date.
The MSHRM program is fully accredited by The Association To Advance Collegiate (AACSB).
Applicants should hold a four-year bachelors degree (or its equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years work experience.
Admission to the Masters of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) program is a competitive process in which each candidate’s experience, aptitude, potential and managerial skills are assessed. Enrollment is limited and participants are chosen based on their ability to bring unique skills and experiences to this cohort learning environment.
Selection Factors include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- College transcripts (degree and non-degree)
- GPA of 3.0 (GMAT score may be submitted if GPA below 3.0)
- Language proﬁciency of IETLS 7.5/TOEFL 600 (paper-based), 250 (computer) and 100 (iBT) required if undergraduate or graduate degree earned was not taught in English
- Minimum age of 25
- 2 years of working experience preferred
- Admission interview

- Ability and motivation to participate in and contribute to a highly interactive, intense classroom work environment
- Statement of Goals
Your application must include the items listed below. All required materials should be received by ERCi on or before the designated application deadline. The admission committee will not review incomplete applications.
- Formal Application
A formal application will be provided by ERCi.
- Certiﬁed Transcripts
Oﬃcial transcripts from all colleges and universities in which you attended. The transcripts should include all course names and grades. Only transcripts that bear the seal, mark, or signature of an authorized oﬃcial of the university where you earned your degree or have taken courses are acceptable. Once sealed, the envelopes must not be opened. All transcripts should be sent to the ERCi in Singapore. If your transcripts are not in English, you must submit both the oﬃcial transcripts written in its original language and an English translation made by a professional translator. The translation must be in the same envelope and must be signed by the translator.
- Two Letters of Reference
Professional references are preferred, though academic references are also acceptable. The person should be able to evaluate or assess the applicant’s on-the-job performance or academic abilities. Their input will be very valuable for the admissions process; therefore we recommend you carefully select individuals who know you well enough. Narrative letters to the admissions committee or Temple University reference forms are accepted. The forms can be requested from us. The letters of recommendation must be sent directly by your referee via email to or by post to the ERCi oﬃce in Singapore.

Describe how you would expect to change over the course of the program. What personal and professional values and skills do you hope to acquire beyond the academic content? How will obtaining the degree help you achieve your career goals?

Selected candidates will be scheduled for a personal interview with either a senior member of ERCi staﬀ or faculty member of Temple University to complete the application assessment.
Students must meet the attendance requirement of 80% and must successfully complete the stipulated modules.
